1. How do I place an order?

To make a purchase, click the “Add to cart” button for the products you selected and proceed with further directions given by the website. Enter the details as requested. Name, Delivery Address, Contact Number etc. Please make sure to double check for accuracy of the submitted information.

2. What payment methods do CHOCCO accept?

Cash on delivery

This payment option is only valid within Sri Lanka

NOTE : Please note that we do not have credit card payment method on delivery

Secured PayHere payment gateway is integrated with our website. You can pay us in any VISA, MASTER credit/debit cards and American Express cards.

Instalment Payments

You can pay us in three instalments. (KOKO & Mintpay)

3. Will I get any confirmation about the order, once placed?

Yes, we will send you a confirmation email once you placed order (With relevant order number)

4. Are there any other ways to place the order?

5. How long does delivery take, and what are the charges?

In Average it takes 2 – 3 working days within Colombo (1-15) and outside Colombo within 2 – 5 working days. We always work on time to make sure your order is dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order. Deliveries within Colombo (1-15) area, suburbs or outstation will not be made on Sundays. Our delivery agent will contact you prior to delivery to inform about the delivery time. Orders placed during public Holidays/Weekends will be dispatched on the next working day. It may result in delays in processing your orders on peak/holiday seasonal or promotional times.

6. What are the charges for deliveries?

A delivery charge of Rs.399  will be applicable to all the orders Island-wide. Delivery charges are applicable to all exchange deliveries.

7. Can I add multiple addresses?

Delivery will be made only to the address stated on the order. Due to unavoidable circumstances, if you need to change the address, please write an email to us via hello@choccowear.com or contact us on +94760051924. Shipping delays may occur for delivery amendments.

8. Can I add more items to my order after I have placed my order?

No, you cannot add more products to your order once you placed. You can simply contact us on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp to place another order.

9. What is the return notice period?

You will not be eligible to exchange after 5 days of any of your purchases. All the products must be in its original condition with our tags to do an exchange. Please read our exchange policy for more info.
